Mommy & Me:
Our Mommy & Me swim classes offer a fun introduction to the water for little ones and their parents. With guidance from our coaches, parents actively assist their child in building water confidence, comfort, and basic swimming skills in a safe, supportive environment.
Welcome to Summer Swim Lessons at Rockdale Gymnastics! We are excited for y’all to join us for our fun and engaging swim program for ages 3-12 years old that is designed to build their water confidence and stroke techniques. Our experienced instructors are here to help your child develop essential swimming skills in a safe and supportive environment. Let's make a splash and dive into a summer of swimming adventures!
Intermediate:
Intermediate and advanced classes are for swimmers ready to move beyond the wall and gain confidence in deeper water. Skills and drills are conducted in the deep end, with assistance gradually reduced as swimmers progress.
Beginner:
Beginner classes are designed for children with little to no water experience. All activities take place in the shallow end with hands-on instruction to build water confidence and introduce basic swimming skills.

Class Pricing:
Our swim lessons are structured in 8-class sessions, with 2 designated make-up days available if needed due to weather-related cancellations.
Pricing:
$150 per session
$60 annual registration fee per child
